Enter '998' on your remote control and wait for the Sky Guide video to start. It lasts just nine minutes and the message at the foot of the screen will tell you when it's due to begin.

    3. Press 'Select'
If the programme's yet to start, it will be placed in your personal planner. Now either:
      • Press the 'Sky' button. You'll return to what you were watching, and when the programme in your planner is about to start, a reminder will come up on your screen. Or
      • Press the red button to activate 'Autoview' - and your Sky box will switch straight to your programme for you when it starts!
